For TOV «OSK-TECHNOLOGY», a mobile industrial spray booth of the MKF series with a working area of 15×5×5 m was implemented. The solution is designed for large parts painting, enabling process localization and effective removal of paint aerosols within the production facility. The booth is equipped with a dry multi-stage filtration system and ventilation with a capacity of 25,000 m³/h. As a result, a controlled painting zone was established and working conditions were improved (quantitative indicators are not available in the source materials).
About the client
TOV «OSK-TECHNOLOGY» is a Ukrainian manufacturer of metal products for heavy industry, including the coal mining sector. Founded in 2014, the company relocated its production facilities from Donetsk to Kharkiv and continues to expand its product range.
Project objective — to organize a large equipment painting booth without expanding production areas, ensuring process localization, removal of paint aerosols and VOC vapors, handling of products up to 15 m in length, and efficient use of workshop space.
Solution
As part of the project, TWEKO manufactured and implemented a mobile spray booth for metal structures — a telescopic MKF series unit mounted on wheels. The design allows the enclosure to be deployed directly around the product, eliminating the need to move large workpieces. Air is supplied through front-mounted filters, passes through the working area, captures paint aerosol, and is removed by an exhaust system through a multi-stage filtration unit.
