The TWEKO team completed a project involving the manufacture of an exhaust paint cabinet from the ASS Cabin series for LLC “AVTO-RYTET-TSENTR”, an automotive company specialising in vehicle maintenance and repair. The equipment combines compact dimensions, a two-stage dry filtration system and a ventilation unit with an airflow capacity of up to 2,690 m³/h. Air velocity in the working zone is 0.25–0.4 m/s, ensuring effective air filtration during painting operations.
Solution from TWEKO
For LLC “AVTO-RYTET-TSENTR”, TWEKO manufactured and supplied the most compact exhaust paint cabinet in the ASS Cabin series, model ASS-Cab-0.5M, equipped with a two-stage dry filtration system. The equipment is designed for applying paint and coating materials to parts and assemblies. Paint aerosol is removed from the air as it passes sequentially through two stages of dry filters.
The cabinet has overall dimensions of 660 × 740 × 710 mm, making it suitable for use where production space is limited. Its design includes a working zone measuring 600 × 500 mm, a 1.1 kW ventilation unit with a maximum airflow capacity of 2,690 m³/h, a control panel and a two-stage dry filtration system. Air velocity in the working zone is 0.25–0.4 m/s. The ventilation unit operates at 380 V and provides a maximum pressure of 490 Pa.
During project implementation, the design was adapted in accordance with the solution agreed with the customer — the controls were relocated to the lower panel. This modification was incorporated during the design and manufacturing stages.
