In June 2026, the TWEKO team designed and manufactured a compact ASS Cabin series exhaust paint booth, model ASS-Cabin-1, for a Ukrainian research and manufacturing company. The solution is equipped with a two-stage dry filtration system, a ventilation unit with a capacity of up to 2200 m³/h, and a working area of 1000 × 900 mm, ensuring safe and comfortable painting operations.
TWEKO Solution
To implement the project, the TWEKO team designed and manufactured a compact ASS Cabin (ASS-Cabin-1) dry-filter exhaust paint booth for applying liquid coatings to small components. The design ensures local removal of paint overspray directly from the spraying area.
The booth features a two-stage dry air filtration system consisting of a cardboard labyrinth filter for primary filtration and a fiberglass Paintstop filter for fine filtration. The airflow is generated by a medium-pressure centrifugal fan with a capacity of 470–2200 m³/h, providing an air velocity in the working area of 0.25–0.4 m/s. This allows efficient capture of excess coating material and cleaning of the air before discharge into the atmosphere.
The booth has overall dimensions of 1100 × 2410 × 1000 mm and a working area with a width of 1000 mm and height of 900 mm, which is ideal for painting small parts. For operator comfort, a rotary table measuring 450 × 450 mm is provided, along with LED lighting with IP66 protection rating. The ventilation system maintains an air velocity of 0.25–0.4 m/s in the working area, ensuring stable and efficient booth operation.
