For LLC “Gench Ukraine”, TWEKO implemented a project for the manufacture of an exhaust spray cabinet of the AS Hydro series with a hydro screen. The overall size of the cabinet is 2,530 mm. The equipment is complemented by a ductwork system and a three-stage air purification system combining two water filtration stages and one dry filtration stage.

LLC “Gench Ukraine” is the official representative of the Turkish manufacturer Kayalar Kimya in Ukraine. The company specializes in the supply of high-quality paint and coating materials for the woodworking, furniture and industrial sectors, and also provides technical support to customers in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards.
Implemented Solution
TWEKO manufactured an exhaust spray cabinet of the AS Hydro series with a hydro screen for LLC “Gench Ukraine”. The project also included a ductwork system. The overall size of the cabinet is 2,530 mm, and its weight is 340 kg (excluding water).
A three-stage filtration system is used for air purification, consisting of two water filtration stages and one dry filtration stage. The hydro screen provides the first two water filtration stages — a water curtain and water spray through nozzles — effectively capturing the majority of the paint overspray. The air then passes through a dry fiberglass PaintStop filter for final filtration before discharge into the atmosphere.
The equipment is fitted with a ventilation unit of type VC No. 14-46. The unit uses an explosion-proof No. 4 fan with an AIR 112 MV6 motor rated at 4 kW and 1,000 rpm.
