The Aspiration System Dry Cabin series comprises dry-filter spray booths: extraction walls with two-stage dry filtration and a protective mini booth that keeps paint mist from spreading sideways. The wall works as a compact spray booth for small and medium-sized products made of wood, metal and plastic, and installation only requires exhaust ducts and a power cable.

Extraction walls of the Aspiration System Dry Cabin series help create safer and more comfortable working conditions in the paint shop during surface preparation and coating application on products made of wood, metal, plastic and other materials. The key feature of the series is the protective mini booth: 500 mm deep side and top panels form a spraying zone across the full width of the wall and keep paint mist from spreading sideways, so the wall works as a compact spray booth without taking up extra floor space.
Installation requires no construction work: only exhaust ducts and a power cable need to be connected, so the wall can be installed quickly in almost any room.

How It Works
The ventilation unit creates an airflow in the spraying zone. The painter places the product on a stand or turntable in front of the wall. Overspray that misses the product is captured by the airflow and passes through two-stage dry filtration. The filtered air is then discharged outdoors through the exhaust ductwork.

The protective mini booth encloses the working zone at the sides and top, so overspray stays inside and the airflow passes evenly through the entire filter.
The first stage is a cardboard labyrinth filter that captures most of the paint particles, with a paint-holding capacity of 5–20 kg/m² depending on the coating material. The second stage is a PaintStop-type fibreglass filter in removable cassettes, with a capacity of approximately 3.5 kg/m². Together, the two stages provide a filtration efficiency of at least 95 %, corresponding to filtration class EU4.
Depending on operating intensity and paint consumption, filters may require replacement after approximately 500 operating hours.

Small products — the most compact model comes with a manual turntable and an LED luminaire.
Longer products — the 4 m and 6 m wide models have two ventilation units.
Construction
Housing and mini booth — galvanised steel panels, 1.5–3.0 mm thick.
Ventilation unit — medium-pressure centrifugal fan in a non-sparking design with an electric motor and flexible connectors on an anti-vibration frame, manufactured in Ukraine.
Filtration — cardboard labyrinth filters with clamps and PaintStop-type fibreglass filter cassettes in the upper part of the wall.
Lighting — sealed explosion-proof LED luminaire, IP66, in the upper part of the wall.
Start/Stop control panel, electrical installation kit and set of fasteners.
Safety and Installation
Non-sparking ventilation unit and explosion-proof luminaire.
The equipment is approved by the State Labour Service of Ukraine for use in Ukraine.
Suitable for indoor premises, including intermittently heated rooms (climatic category U3.1).
An explosion-proof version is available on request.
Custom Configuration
The extraction wall can be supplemented with:
Additional enclosure section — extends the working zone depth by 1 m for even better overspray capture.
Airflow control system based on a variable-frequency drive — up to 40 % reduction in power consumption and the option of a 230 V supply; for the most compact model, single-phase motor connection.
Duct kit for connecting the ventilation unit, mounted on the wall next to the extraction wall or on the floor to its right or left.
Mini booth with product rotation mechanism — mounted on the top panel of the wall, it allows products to be suspended and rotated directly in front of the extraction zone.
Motorised turntable (adds 5 working days to the manufacturing time).
Powder-coated housing in any colour instead of galvanised panels.
Manufacturing time: up to 12 working days; explosion-proof version: up to 40 working days. Warranty: 12 months. Service life before the first major overhaul: 3 years; design service life: 10 years.
