MKFS series - creates better working conditions and increases the speed of the painting area. It improves the quality of applying and drying the paintwork, allows you to paint large items in a confined space.
Mobile Painting Camera: The MKFS series is the solution for large-sized products, while saving working space in the painting area. MKFS creates the perfect microclimate for safe, fast and efficient paint application. The painting chamber is equipped with a folding cabin that gathers for 3 minutes.
Ergonomic space distribution of the painting area
Spray and precipitates formed during application of the paint coating are filtered due to the uniform movement of clean air. We use our own ventilation system design. Uniform blowout of parts, improves drying of the painted product.
In accordance with international security standards
The painting complex is made of non-combustible materials;
Fans and main elements of the ventilation system, made in explosion-proof design;
Equipped with an automatic locking system, which eliminates the possibility of supplying compressed air to the spray device, in the event of termination of ventilation;
And also, (optionally) they can be equipped with a system for automatic detection and removal of explosive concentrations of paint and paint fogs.

* Specifications are calculated for the basic configuration. Chamber performance significantly increases with the use of optional auxiliary components. ** External chamber dimensions depend on the type and placement of the ventilation unit. *** Fuel consumption depends on the external air temperature. In the basic configuration, air heating can be performed using an electric heat exchanger, gas, or diesel burner (at the customer’s choice).
