The AS Hydro (ASH-1) Extraction Cabinet with Water Screen from TWEKO’s Paint Shop Equipment Factory is an innovative solution for creating safe and comfortable conditions during the application of paint coatings on small-sized items made of wood, metal, plastic, and other materials. Featuring a three-stage hydraulic filtration system, including two levels of water filtration (90% capture of pigments and aerosols) and a fiberglass Paint Stop EU4 filter (95% purification), this extraction cabinet ensures a clean working environment. The water screen with recirculation saves resources, reduces noise, and lowers operating costs compared to dry filtration systems.

Purpose
The AS Hydro (ASH-1) Extraction Cabinet, our most compact spray booth, is designed for painting small items in furniture workshops, frame workshops, color labs, light industry enterprises, and metalworking shops. Equipped with a hydro curtain and a three-stage closed-loop hydraulic filtration system (water + Paint Stop EU4), the cabinet achieves air purification efficiency of up to 95%, enables water reuse, reduces energy consumption (only 1.98 kW), and minimizes maintenance costs. A powerful active suction system with a capacity of 2200 m³/h efficiently removes contaminants, ensuring clean air and safe working conditions. The integrated rotating table (450×450 mm) enhances convenience by allowing easy access to all sides of the item without manual repositioning. Installation requires no preparatory construction work — simply connect the air ducts. Its mobile, modular design facilitates easy relocation, while sealed LED lighting (2×18 W) provides optimal visibility for comfortable operation.
