In 2018, TWEKO completed a project to supply a painting and drying chamber for a research and production enterprise in Kyiv, specializing in the development and manufacturing of training and simulation systems. The equipment became part of the client’s production process optimization.
In early July 2018, our company, Techservice Veko & Partner GmbH LLC, was approached by Energy 2000 R&D Enterprise with a request to purchase a dead-end type painting and drying chamber with dry filtration.
Project Objectives
The client required:
- A painting and drying chamber (PDC) of dead-end type with dry filtration.
- Electric air heating units.
- Working area dimensions: 4 meters long, 4 meters wide, 3 meters high.
- Installation on a flat surface outside the facility.
TWEKO developed a solution that met all the technical requirements of the enterprise.
Manufacturing Process, Installation, and Key Parameters
After signing the contract, we thoroughly reviewed the client’s requirements and technical recommendations before proceeding with the order. The chamber was manufactured and installed within the agreed timeframe.
A distinctive feature of this painting and drying complex is the use of 30 thick-film electric air heating units with a total power capacity of up to 60 kW/h. The chamber was installed outside the main production facility on a pre-prepared flat surface.
The working area of the chamber measures 4.0 × 4.0 × 3.0 m, with external dimensions of 6.26 × 4.16 × 3.48 m. The chamber provides air heating up to 80°C, enabling efficient painting and drying processes even in outdoor conditions.
The painting and drying chamber for Energy 2000 LLC was successfully commissioned and operates in full compliance with all specified technical characteristics and parameters, fulfilling its primary purpose.
Energy 2000 was satisfied with the results of our collaboration, as evidenced by the positive feedback provided below.
