TWEKO’s Solution: Compact Paint Booth for Military Unit
TWEKO designed and manufactured a turnkey paint booth, model КФ.000.00.00-ENERGY, ASS-Cabin-1 series, for the military unit, providing a compact solution for applying paint and coating materials to small-scale products. The equipment was adapted to the client’s conditions, considering the limited budget and space. Key elements of the solution:
- Paint Booth. A 1×1×2 m (width × depth × height) booth with dry filtration, made of a metal frame covered with steel sheet and protective paint coating. Equipped with a removable filter cartridge for quick filter material replacement.
- Exhaust System. The fan is mounted on the cabinet, with air ducts vented outside through a standard outlet adapted to the client’s facility. The exhaust system ensures effective capture of PCM vapors.
- Rotary Table. Installed for convenient and rapid painting of small parts, enhancing operator efficiency.
- Frequency Converter. Added as an option for airflow regulation, mounted on an angle integrated into the booth’s structure.
- Safety and Convenience. The booth complies with standards for working with paint and coating materials, ensuring safe conditions for operators. The design is compact, adapted to limited space.
The package included project documentation, equipment passport, nameplate, and air ducts as an additional option. The booth was manufactured and delivered in the shortest possible time, meeting the client’s requirements.
Project Implementation
The request from the military unit was received in April 2025, requiring the development of a compact paint booth (1×1×2 m) with dry filtration, exhaust, and a rotary table for small-scale defense products.
Work began after analyzing the facility’s conditions and approving visualizations in the same month. Project documentation included drawings of the booth, top panel, and angle for the frequency converter.
- Manufacturing of the booth’s frame with dry filtration and rotary table.
- Integration of the exhaust system with a fan on the cabinet and air ducts vented outside.
- Installation of the frequency converter for ventilation control.
- Preparation of the equipment passport and nameplate for commissioning.
Manufacturing was completed by the end of May 2025. Installation and commissioning were finalized by June 11, 2025, after preparing the transport vehicle. The equipment was commissioned, fully meeting the client’s needs.
