In 2010, TWEKO successfully completed a project for the supply and installation of a painting and drying complex for aviation equipment for the State Enterprise “Plant 410 Civil Aviation” — one of Ukraine’s leading enterprises in the field of repair and maintenance of aviation equipment. Since January 2010, the complex has been operating seamlessly, ensuring high-quality processing of aviation components. For over eight years, the equipment has demonstrated reliability, efficiency, and compliance with the stringent requirements of the aviation industry.
In 2009, the State Enterprise “Plant 410 Civil Aviation” approached TWEKO with the task of developing a painting and drying complex tailored to the specifics of aviation production. One of the key requirements was the use of a maximum number of Ukrainian-made components to ensure the availability of spare parts and reduce operational costs.
Implementation and Operation
The complex was commissioned in January 2010. Over eight years of operation, the equipment has proven reliable, performing all designated functions without significant failures. During this period, only scheduled maintenance (replacement of filters, drive belts) and minor repairs to heat exchangers and ventilation units were carried out.
The complex consists of two main modules:
- An open-type painting station with a working area of 3500 × 2500 × 2350 mm, equipped with a dry filtration system for effective air purification during painting.
- A sealed drying chamber with dimensions of 5000 × 3500 × 2500 mm, ensuring stable and uniform drying of coatings.
Both units are equipped with electric air heaters, guaranteeing precise temperature control and meeting the high standards of the aviation industry.
