In January 2013, Farbia Color Studio LLC, located in Kyiv, approached TWEKO with a request to create a paint booth for preparing exhibition samples of paint and coating materials (PCM). The TWEKO team designed, manufactured, and delivered a dry filtration booth from the ASS-Cabin-1 series. The project was completed in February 2013, providing optimal conditions for testing paints and creating samples.

Farbia Color Studio LLC, based in Kyiv, is an official representative of ELEMENT, KOLORIT, and Tikkurila paint and coating brands. The company specializes in supplying high-quality PCM for mid- and premium segments and provides consultations on material selection for interior and exterior works. In 2013, TWEKO became a partner in setting up a painting facility to ensure high-quality PCM testing and demonstration.
Project Objectives
The goal of the project was to create conditions for high-quality painting of exhibition PCM samples at Farbia Color Studio. The main requirements included:

TWEKO’s Solution

- A paint booth with dry filtration, ASS-Cabin-1 series. The booth is made of a metal frame with profile pipes and angles, covered with a protective paint coating. Equipped with a rotary table for ease of working with exhibition samples. The ventilation unit with an electric motor provides a capacity of 1,500 m³/h, creating a uniform airflow. A removable filter cartridge with an exhaust filter and metal restrictors minimizes PCM dispersion in the room. A dual-lamp luminaire above the cartridge provides lighting for accurate coating quality assessment.
Project Implementation
The request from Farbia Color Studio LLC was received in January 2013. The TWEKO team promptly developed a technical solution tailored to the needs of creating PCM exhibition samples. Manufacturing of the ASS Cabin series paint booth began in early February 2013. The design was adapted to the studio’s conditions, ensuring easy filter replacement and operator convenience. Delivery and commissioning were completed by the end of February 2013, allowing the client to start paint testing promptly.
