Woodtechnic LLC is a leading manufacturer of wooden products, established on October 1, 2008, in Lviv, Ukraine. The company specializes in producing louvered doors, interior doors, furniture facades, and other wooden items requiring professional application of coatings for aesthetic appeal and durability. Since 2009, Woodtechnic has collaborated with major retail chains such as Epicentr K LLC (42 hypermarkets) and Nova Liniya LLC (16 hypermarkets), and since 2010, with Leroy Merlin LLC and Oldi LLC. The production facility spans 3000 m² and employs a team of 80 professionals, ensuring European-level product quality. Project Objectives
The project aimed to create comfortable working conditions for operators during the application of coatings on furniture products. Key requirements included:

TWEKO’s Solution: Water-Based Spray Booth
TWEKO developed a tailored solution that included:
- Water-Based Spray Booth. Two spray booths measuring 2500×600×2080 mm, made from bent panels with a corrosion-resistant water curtain. Equipped with a hydraulic pipeline system with valves and nozzles for water spraying, a water overflow system, and side-limiting wings for precise painting.
- Exhaust Ventilation System. Four sets of VO-06-300 fans (No. 4, 1.1 kW / 3000 rpm motors), mounted on the booth frames with vibration dampers and flexible inserts. A shared exhaust duct made of galvanized material with a damper (1200×400 mm) ensures air extraction.
- Receiving Tank. Two welded structures measuring 2500×2000×250 mm with floor grates, pipelines for water circulation and drainage, and a preliminary water filtration system.
- Circulation Pumps. Two VK 20/30 water pumps (4.0 kW / 3000 rpm) on frames with vibration dampers for stable water circulation.
- Control Panel. Two push-button control panels with magnetic starters, thermal relays, a 5-meter electric cable, and a corrugated sleeve for convenient exhaust control.
The kit is complemented by fasteners, mounting elements, and seals for reliable operation.
Project Implementation
The request from Woodtechnic LLC was received in early 2013. TWEKO prepared a commercial proposal, considering the requirements for paint mist removal and the conditions of the Lviv workshop. After site measurements, two water-based spray booths were designed. Component manufacturing (booths, ventilation systems, tanks, pumps) was completed in June 2013. Installation and setup were carried out on time, allowing the booths to be commissioned as scheduled.
