In early 2025, TWEKO successfully completed a project to create a painting facility for a leading Ukrainian state enterprise specializing in the production of specialized equipment. This complex marked a significant step in enhancing the client’s technological processes, ensuring high-quality product finishing and comfortable working conditions.
In August 2024, the client approached us with a need for equipment for a painting facility. The project involved the development and supply of a comprehensive solution for preparation, painting, and drying of products.
Equipment
The complex consisted of the following key components:
- ASS-Cabin painting chamber with dry filtration: A compact design with a two-stage cleaning system (efficiency ≥ 95%, EU4 class). Designed for applying coatings to products made of wood, metal, or plastic. Equipped with a protective mini-cabin to prevent overspray, with panel lengths ranging from 600 to 2600 mm. The chamber quickly removes excess paint, purifies the air, and releases it into the atmosphere.
- Supply ventilation system: Delivers clean, heated airflow for high-quality coating application.
- Parts preparation tank: Designed for surface cleaning prior to painting.
- Drying chamber: Provides convective drying with adjustable temperature settings.
All equipment is made of galvanized and stainless steel, equipped with energy-efficient components. Installation was completed without complex preparatory work, requiring only connection to ventilation systems.
