- Water-Based Painting Chamber. The painting chamber with a hydro-screen, measuring 5×4×2.4 m, is equipped with a corrosion-resistant water mirror, a hydraulic pipeline system with valves, and nozzles for water spraying. This ensures effective paint mist removal and clean coating application on furniture products.
- Drying Chamber. The 6×5×2.4 m chamber with a diesel-powered air heating system ensures fast and uniform drying of paint coatings, maintaining their quality and durability.
- Adjacent Gates. The complex’s design includes adjacent gates between the painting and drying chambers, simplifying product movement and optimizing the workflow.
- Extraction System. A powerful ventilation unit ensures the removal of contaminated air, maintaining a clean work environment and comfortable conditions for operators.
The set is complemented by necessary fasteners, mounting elements, and seals for reliable operation.
Project Implementation
The request from Neopol LLC was received in early 2011. TWEKO prepared a commercial proposal, taking into account the requirements for coating application quality and the specifics of the Kyiv facility. After site measurements, a painting complex was designed, including a water-based painting chamber and a drying chamber. Component manufacturing (chambers, ventilation system, hydro-screen) was completed in October 2011. Installation and setup of the equipment were carried out on time, allowing the complex to be commissioned according to schedule.
