In November 2024, one of the Ukrainian manufacturing enterprises, already collaborating with TWEKO, submitted a new request to expand its capacities. The TWEKO team designed, manufactured, and commissioned a set of equipment — a painting chamber with dry filtration from the ASS Cabin series and a drying chamber from the KS series. Thanks to the adaptation to the site conditions and the team’s coordinated efforts, the project was completed in March 2025—several days ahead of the planned schedule—ensuring an effective upgrade of the painting section.
About the Client
The enterprise, founded in 1969, specializes in developing technologies and manufacturing custom equipment for technological production. The company operates its own testing laboratory, quality control system, and has extensive experience in creating innovative equipment. In 2022, TWEKO implemented a modernization project for this enterprise, laying the foundation for further collaboration.
Project Task
The goal of the project was to expand the client’s production section by supplying an additional set of painting equipment. Key requirements included:
- A painting chamber with dry filtration to create safe working conditions with effective extraction.
- A drying chamber with convective heating for uniform drying of coatings.
- Adaptation of the equipment to a workshop with a space of 5330 mm and gates measuring 1600×2000 mm.
- Completion of the work within a tight schedule—from January to March 2025.

Solution from TWEKO
TWEKO offered a tailored solution, including:
- Painting Chamber with Dry Filtration, Model КФ.000.00.00-ЕNERGY, ASS Cabin-2 Series. The chamber, sized 2×1×2.4 m, features an extraction zone of 2×2 m and a capacity of 8000 m³/h. A two-level filtration system (cardboard labyrinth and fiberglass) ensures air purification up to 95% (EU4 class). A protective mini-cabin limits the spread of paint particles, while the galvanized steel body (1.5-3 mm thick) holds a State Labor permit.
- Drying Chamber, Model КФ.000.00.00-ЕNERGY, KS-4 Series. The working area measures 4×2×2 m (reduced by 700 mm to fit the 5330 mm workshop), equipped with an electric convective heating system with a capacity of up to 20 kW, temperatures up to 45°C, and an air exchange rate of 3000 m³/h. The chamber features sandwich panels (50 mm thick) with basalt insulation, and the gates are shifted left for convenient installation.
The set is complemented by a PLC-based control panel, LED lighting (4×18 W), and sensors for temperature and pressure control. Adaptation included air ducts (2 pcs., 1 m each, D400 mm) for integration with the existing system.
Implementation Process
The request was received in November 2024. TWEKO updated the commercial proposal based on the previous project. Work officially began in January 2025 after agreeing on the main technical requirements. Detailed on-site measurements revealed the need to adjust the drying chamber’s length by reducing it by 700 mm to fit within the 5330 mm workshop while preserving space for maintenance. The new equipment layout plan was thoroughly developed and approved at the end of January, after which the project entered its active implementation phase. Manufacturing of sandwich panels and key components was completed by early March, enabling timely preparation for installation. The installation work, carried out by the TWEKO team by the end of March, included not only assembling the structures but also adapting the air ducts and shifting the gates for optimal placement within the workshop.
Results for the Client
- Improved extraction and filtration thanks to the ASS Cabin-2 chamber with a capacity of 8000 m³/h.
- High-quality drying of coatings in the KS-4 chamber with uniform heat distribution.
- Efficient use of space due to the adapted equipment dimensions.
- Enhanced working conditions thanks to the automated parameter control system.
