In September 2024, an agricultural enterprise from Zaporizhzhia approached TWEKO with a request for an exhaust cabinet with a water curtain from the AS Hydro (ASH-1) series to purify air from paint aerosol. Project Objectives
The goal was to ensure air purification from paint aerosol in the enterprise’s workshop. Requirements:

TWEKO implemented the following solution:
- AS Hydro (ASH-1) Exhaust Cabinet. Equipped with a water curtain (1×0.9 m) with three-stage filtration (water + Paint Stop EU4, up to 95% purification), an explosion-proof fan (2200 m³/h, 1.98 kW), a water pump (1.2 kW, 200 l/min), and sealed LED lighting (2×18 W). The cabinet was integrated with the client’s utilities (390 mm air duct, 50 mm sewage, 3/4″ water supply with a ball valve) via a flexible insert, transition, and round air duct.
- Installation Work. TWEKO performed dismantling of the old cabinet, integration into the utilities, and commissioning, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Project Implementation
The agricultural enterprise contacted TWEKO with a request for an AS Hydro (ASH-1) exhaust cabinet. A commercial proposal was promptly provided, and work began shortly after the technical specification was approved.
The client agreed to replace the old cabinet, including dismantling the old fan. TWEKO adapted the equipment to the existing utilities: air duct, sewage, and water supply. The water supply line was positioned under the nozzle bracket to avoid submersion. Despite challenges with the water inlet placement and air duct contamination, the TWEKO team quickly relocated the hose, cleaned the fan, and installed a cap on the exhaust. Installation was successfully completed, and commissioning enabled early equipment operation.
