The “Made in Ukraine” initiative, launched in 2024, supports domestic manufacturers and industrial modernization by reimbursing 15% of equipment costs (excluding VAT) for products with at least 40% local content.
In the fifth program expansion (October 2025), the Ministry of Economy added 212 new equipment types from 39 companies to its list on me.gov.ua, including TWEKO — in particular, paint-drying booths and abrasive blasting booths, as well as energy equipment, machine tools, and pumps (source: kmu.gov.ua).
The partial reimbursement program for Ukrainian industrial machinery and equipment, regulated by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 952, is available to legal entities, including industrial and municipal enterprises, purchasing equipment from leading Ukrainian manufacturers.
Reimbursement is processed through 25 authorized banks (including Oschadbank, PrivatBank, Tascombank, and others). After full payment for the equipment from a bank account and submission of required documents (payment order and delivery acceptance document), funds are reimbursed within 10 days.
In 2025, substantial budget funding ensures timely payments for applications. For example, for a basic KF series paint-drying booth costing UAH 603,540 (as of October 2025), the reimbursement is approximately UAH 75,443, significantly reducing production upgrade costs and supporting the Ukrainian economy.
