The project was implemented under an agreement from June 2023 between Techservice VEKO & Partner GmbH LLC and Everlast LLC. The booth was manufactured, installed, and commissioned at the facility in Vinnytsia in early 2024, enabling the client to optimize the preparation of automotive tankers for painting.
The preparation booth by Techservice VEKO for Everlast LLC is a specialized solution for preparing the surfaces of automotive tankers before applying coatings, serving as a logical continuation of collaboration following the successful installation of a paint and drying booth in 2023. Designed to meet the needs of a company producing semi-trailers, trailers, and superstructures for transporting light and dark petroleum products, gases, as well as food and chemical substances, the booth ensures high efficiency and quality in the preparation process.
Design Features
The creation of the preparation booth stands out due to its alignment with the technical requirements of Everlast LLC. Key design characteristics:
- Working Area: The booth measures 15 meters in length, 5.5 meters in width, and 5 meters in height, accommodating large automotive tankers.
- Durability: The booth’s ramps are designed to withstand the weight of tankers, ensuring reliability and safety.
- Air Purification: Equipped with an additional exhaust air purification system with activated carbon for environmental safety.
- Heat Source: Utilizes liquefied gas as an energy-efficient heat source.
- Foundation: Installed on a concrete base with underground air ducts for optimal ventilation.
These features enable fast and high-quality surface preparation, enhancing production efficiency.
Project Implementation Stages
Following the successful installation of an abrasive blasting booth, Everlast LLC approached Techservice VEKO & Partner GmbH LLC with a request to develop a preparation booth for painting. The client’s engineering team provided a clear technical specification, which our team addressed to create equipment meeting all production needs. In June 2023, an agreement was signed for the supply, installation, and commissioning of the booth. The equipment was manufactured and delivered in December 2023 per the contract terms. In early 2024, Techservice VEKO specialists completed installation, commissioning, and staff training, bringing the booth into operation.
