The TWEKO company completed a project for the supply and installation of a IKFS Diagonal painting chamber for a container manufacturer producing mobile and stationary modules for civilian and specialized purposes, handling the full cycle of work from design to commissioning, finalized by the end of February 2025.
Project Description
The client approached us with a need for a stationary painting chamber to ensure high-quality application of coatings on containers measuring 9×6×4 meters. TWEKO took on the full cycle of work: from analyzing requirements and developing the project to manufacturing, delivering, and installing the equipment. We proposed the IKFS-D-9 model—a painting and drying chamber with a diesel burner, perfectly tailored to the client’s needs based on the provided facility layout.
The IKFS-D-9 chamber is designed for professional painting of large-scale items and is distinguished by the following features:
- Powerful ventilation: The supply and exhaust system with filtration ensures clean air and efficient removal of paint mist;
- Diesel burner: Guarantees rapid and uniform heating for drying coatings;
- Optimal dimensions: The 9×6×4 meter size is ideal for handling containers;
- Energy efficiency: Optimized resource consumption for long-term, cost-effective operation.
On January 20, 2025, we signed the contract, finalized the visualization, and agreed on the construction plan. By the end of February 2025, the TWEKO team installed the IKFS-D-9 chamber at the client’s production site and successfully commissioned it, ensuring reliable and high-quality painting of modular structures. This project once again demonstrates our expertise in creating highly efficient equipment that precisely meets the demands of modern production.
