In 2018, Techservice VEKO & Partner GmbH LLC successfully completed a project for Military Unit A4176 of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Under the contract signed on April 5, we manufactured and delivered a spray booth with a hydraulic screen, designed for the overhaul of artillery equipment. The equipment fully meets technical requirements, as evidenced by the client’s positive feedback on the quality of the work performed.
In early 2018, the leadership of Military Unit A4176 (Bakhmut, Donetsk Oblast) contacted us with a request to procure a spray booth with a hydraulic screen. The equipment was intended to implement advanced technology for the overhaul of artillery equipment, reduce harmful emissions, and paint artillery shells. On April 5, 2018, contract №49 was signed between us and Military Unit A4176 for the manufacture and supply of the booth.
Components and Scope of Supply
The spray booth with a hydraulic screen was designed for high-quality coating application and safe operation for personnel. The components included:
- Inlet tank;
- Side walls;
- Exhaust ventilation unit;
- Filter set;
- Inspection mirror;
- Pump unit;
- Air duct system.
The scope of supply consisted of:
- Steel cabinet with water tank – 1 unit;
- Ventilation unit with electric motor – 1 unit;
- Hydraulic distribution system – a set of pipelines with spray nozzles – 1 unit;
- Submersible circulation pump – 1 unit;
- Push-button control panel with Start-Stop functionality – 1 unit.

Collaboration Outcome
The order for Military Unit A4176 was successfully completed in accordance with contract №49 signed on April 5, 2018. The spray booth with a hydraulic screen was manufactured and assembled to a high standard, meeting technical requirements and facilitating the implementation of advanced artillery equipment repair technology. The commander of Military Unit A4176, Colonel V.O. Petrov, in a letter dated November 13, 2018, confirmed the absence of complaints and the high quality of the work performed.
