At the request of the manufacturing enterprise LLC “Ramus,” the company “Techservice VEKO and Partner GmbH” carried out the manufacture and installation of equipment for MDF painting, which includes the following components:
- Paint booth: Equipped with floor, ceiling, and intermediate (preliminary) filters that ensure air purification from dust in the painting area and prevent the release of suspended paint particles into the atmosphere and working zone.
- Explosion-proof lighting: Two rows of explosion-proof lighting fixtures that provide adequate lighting during the painting process, reducing the risk of accidents.
- Heat generator: Equipped with a built-in centrifugal fan for effective air heating in the booth, ensuring optimal conditions for painting.
- Ventilation system: Air intake and exhaust systems that provide uniform air distribution and maintain the specified air exchange rate.
