Project Objectives
The goal was to create an efficient paint shop for applying coatings on parquet. Key project requirements included:

TWEKO’s Solution: Paint Booth with Dry Filtration
TWEKO developed a customized solution, including:
- Dry paint booth. The paint booth is constructed as a metal frame cabinet made of profile tubes and angles, clad with powder-coated sheets. The front features two filter frames (2500×1000 mm each). The dual-stage filtration system includes: 1) a cardboard labyrinth filter with high absorption capacity; 2) a fiberglass filter for additional purification. The ventilation unit’s capacity is 10,000 m³/h, powered by a centrifugal fan with a 2.2 kW / 1000 RPM motor.
- External ventilation unit. To reduce noise and vibrations, the fan is mounted on the exterior wall of the facility on a vibration-dampening frame, ensuring comfortable conditions in the paint shop.
The system includes pressure and extraction control. In May 2014, the shop was equipped with an additional paint booth, bringing the total to three. Unlike homemade solutions, such as a DIY paint booth, TWEKO’s professional equipment guarantees reliability and durability.
Project Implementation
The request from Art Wood was received in 2013. TWEKO prepared a commercial proposal, considering air purity and facility conditions in Kyiv. After on-site measurements, two paint booths with dual-stage filtration were designed. Manufacturing of components (frame, filters, ventilation unit) was completed in 2013. Installation and setup were done on time, with an additional booth installed in May 2014 to expand capacity.
