The Rail Inter-Workshop Transport Trolley with Cable Traction RTK is a robust welded metal structure equipped with built-in single-flange steel running wheels, designed for transporting oversized loads in industrial workshops. Longitudinal and transverse rigidity of the platform is ensured by sturdy steel channels, while the top surface can be covered with a 3-4 mm thick corrugated or perforated sheet, protected from bending by transverse stiffening ribs. The wheels are mounted in longitudinal load-bearing beams, and the track gauge ranges from narrow (500 mm) to wide (2140 mm), determined by the inner surface of the rail head. The rail tracks are constructed using narrow-gauge railway rails R18–R24 per DSTU 3799-98 (GOST 6368-82) with a head width up to 50 mm or R38–R43 per DSTU 2539-94 (GOST 30165-94) with a 70 mm head, requiring end stops at the track ends.

Design and Control

RTK is a simple and reliable solution for delivering parts to industrial painting, drying, and abrasive blasting chambers. All electrical components are located outside areas with explosive or fire-hazardous environments, allowing the trolley to be used in Category A premises. Control is managed via a wireless remote with a 100-meter range, supplemented by a backup stationary push-button control panel mounted in a control cabinet. The standard track gauge is 1520 mm, though customization within the specified range is available.
